5.1. Judges meeting.
To be held on Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 13:00 at the press-center at the stadium. Invited at the meeting:
·                    Event coordinator.
·                    Tracking supervisor.
·                    Chief Judge.
·                    Judges in Phase A, B, C and Long Down.
·                    Sport Coordinator A, B, C.
·                    Organizer of the event office.
Judging sheets will be prepared from the organizer at the language of the organizator.

5.2. Team leaders’ meeting.
To be held on Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 15:30 at the sports school at the stadium ground. Invited to the meeting:
·                    Participants from the paragraph 5.1.
·                    Team leaders and their assistants.

Agenda of the meeting:
·                    Information on the event from the organizers
·                    Organizational information from the event coordinator
·                    Information on tracking fields provided by the tracking supervisor
·                    Introduction of Judges.
·                    Guidelines from the Chief judge regarding overall judging and scoring..
·                    Guidelines from Judges regarding the individual phases
·                    Call and indications of participation of alternates and of any females in heat.
·                    Draw for order of the team draw.

If any handler/dog is sick or absent, the relevant start numbers must be returned during the Team Captains’ meeting

5.3 Training opportunities at the Stadium.
Training takes place at the Stadium on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 and on Wednesday, October 5, 2011, both days form 7.00 according to the training schedule. The time contingent depends from the contingent of the teams. Only the participants and relevant helpers have access to the stadium. There will be blinds, A-frames, hurdles and dumbbells at the Stadium.
Every participant is allotted a time slot of 5 minutes. The training order is in the alphabetical order of the international number plates. The training course will be supervised from the organizers. If a team does not start at the prescribed time the team can be removed to the end of the starters.
Females in heat are not allowed to train in the stadium or warm-up field, but will have the opportunity to train at the stadium before showing phase B.
Additional training and preparation possibilities are on a training ground near the stadium. Only the participants, the team leaders and helpers of the teams have access to the training ground. There will be blinds, A-frames hurdles and dumbbells at the Stadium.

5.4..Demonstration of the protection work (Phase С).
Demonstration of the protection work will be held on Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 14:15 at the stadium. Then the helpers will be introduced. Present at the stadium: Chief Judge, Phase C Protection Judge, Event Coordinator, Sport Coordinator phase C and the Helpers. At least 5 dogs which have the SchH III trials will be presented.

5.5 Opening ceremony and drawing.
The World Championship WUSV-2011 will be opened officially on Wednesday, October  5, 2011 at 20:00 in the horse-sports center “Magnat”. The drawing will take place immediately after the opening ceremony.  Tables will be reserved for the participating countries. There will be enough seats for spectators.
The visitor will have the possibility to buy some food and drinks before the opening ceremony. The participants of the World Championship will have the services ordered for them before.  

5.6. Service for teams.
For all the questions you have to address to the organization and information center. The attendant will be appointed for each team. Each sportsman will get the parking cards at the team leaders’ meeting.

5.7. Veterinary service and Medical assistance.
Throughout the championship, Veterinary and Emergency medical service will be available at the stadium and at the tracking fields.

5.8. Identity control.
The identity control of the participating dogs will be done after the presentation in each phase at the dog handlers exit as well as in the tracking fields from the judges/representative of the Event organizer. The staff will use an ISO recognized microchip scanner. The team leaders should have the microchip scanner with them.

5.9. Food at the stadium and tracking fields.
Food and drinks will be available all days, both at the Stadium and at the tracking fields. Also for dogs there will be drinking bowls for water.

5.10. Stadium.
The event will be held at the “Kolos” stadium in Boryspil. The stadium is in a good condition with good infrastructure. It is completely covered, of the oval shape, its capacity is 8 000 spectators. It absolutely suits for the World Championship. Please come with your families. There are Flood lighs. The photos presented on the web-site give a general impression of the stadium.
Due to the size of the stadium, a longer walk on the footpath should be taken into account. For the starting dog trainers the covered parking place is provided close to the stadium. Due to the acoustics the work with dogs in that zone is forbidden.

5.11. Schedule.
The schedule has been planned so that no participants have to work their dogs in more than one phase a day.
Phases B and C will take place in the stadium alternately (in groups of six). Participating handlers who fail to report in at least 15 minutes before their start time will be disqualified.

5.12. Disqualification.
The dog disqualified in one of the Phases is not allowed to start in any other Phase.

5.13.Special WUSV Team Leaders meeting.
To be held on Monday October 10, 2011 at 9:00
Venue: the restaurant of the “Kazatskiy Stan” complex, Boryspilske drive, Kyiv.
