General Information
4.1.Rules
According to the WUSV SchH III program approved in 2004 all the participating dogs must have passed the SchH III or IPO 3 trials or equal trials in the year 2011 with the total scores 250 points (“good”). These trials must be confirmed directly at the registration.
4.2. Team / Competitor Entry
The deadline for the registration is September 5, 2011. The original of the entry form must contain the following information:
· Full name of the handler (Passport copy, Nationality must be accredited by a certificate)
· Name and Sex of the Dog
· Kennel club registration number (AKC, LOF, LOSH, SZ, etc.) and number
· Tattoo number or chip number, if applicable
· Date of birth
· Names and registration number of the dog’s parents (LOF, SZ, etc.) Tattoo-number
· Points (minimum 250, “good”) in phases A, B, C.
· Handler’s name, Judge, date (Must be during 2011 year)
· Name and address of the sending kennel organization
· Confirmation of the WUSV membership
· Name, address, telephone, cell phone, fax, e-mail address and photograph in passport format of the team leader.
· Name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail address and photograph in passport format of the team leader, assistant.
4.3 Contact address for entry.

4.4. Catalogue numbers.
The catalog numbers handed out belong to the handlers after the World Championship 2011. They must be worn visibly during the opening ceremony, during the drawing and from the time when the handler reports for Phases A, B or C and until the handler has finished the phase in question.
4.5. Accommodation and Hotel Booking.
Hotel booking can be done by the web site – organization www.wusv-2011.com.

4.6. The following documents must be submitted for all participating dogs:
· Pedigree
· Performance Record Book (confirmation of the SchH3))
· Pet passport/Health certificate/Vaccination certificate (please see veterinarian regulations)
· Pet passport, vaccination and veterinary booklet = veterinary certification.
· Proof of liability insurance for dogs
· Rabies vaccination certificate
· The certificate of the Dog’s health state
4.7. Rules regarding entry into Ukraine.
Valid international Passport is obligatory. More detailed information can be received in the Ukrainian Consulate in your country.
4.8. Compulsory rules regarding the protection of animals.
During the training of dogs, outside and during the trial, the following are prohibited:
· All forms of violence or aggressiveness
· Teleimpulse collars, dummy collars, or similar accessories
· Choke-chain, electric collars.
Any violations will be reported and will lead po disqualification.
If the handler keeps the dog in the trailer or car inside, he must ensure that dogs have enough fresh air and water.
4.9. Veterinary control.
The event is controlled by the veterinaries. In order to be allowed to participate in the event each dog must be examined by the veterinary not later than on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 till 18:00. The plan of the veterinary control is given at the registration at the stadium. The veterinary examines the dogs on Monday October 3, 2011 from 14:00 till 18:00 and on Tuesday October 4, 2011 from 8:00 till 18:00. The bitches in heat, must obligatory be examined by the veterinary. The event is fully being controlled by the veterinary from the beginning till the end. The organization committee has the right to conduct the veterinary examination any moment if the dog shows signs of illness, trauma or injury. 4.10. Doctors/Dentists.
Health insurance and other medical documents are considered to be valid for the whole period of the Championship. It is recommended to sign the insurance agreement for your being in Ukraine. Private health insurance presupposes the complex treatment including toothache treatment and transport.
Organization committee provides information about the doctors and dentists, trauma clinics and veterinaries.

4.11.Restaurants.
Groups are recommended to book tables in advance. Menus and lists of beverages are available in English and German languages in the majority of the restaurants. Prices of food and beverages, as well as the breakfasts should always include taxes. It is recommended to pay a tip of about 5% of the amount of the bill.
Payment by international credit cards is accepted by the majority of the restaurants and hotels.
4.12. Traffic.
In Ukraine you drive on the right-hand side of the road. The cars on the parking places as well as while leaving the car for a short time you should always lock it. Never leave in your car expensive things like cameras, money, documents, passport and other.
4.13. Gas prices.
Depending from the company and the current oil prices the prices for petrol are about:
· Euro 0.81 per liter super
· Euro 0.75 per liter diesel
4.14. Ukrainian Currency.
The national currency in Ukraine is Hryvnia (UAH). Foreign currency can be exchanged at all banks during the opening hours, in money exchange-offices at the border and airports. It is not recommended to exchange currency in the hotels. It is recommended to use the credit cards of the known companies. Car rental obligatory demands the credit card. The ATM machines can be used for taking cash from your credit card with your personal pin-code.
