1. Schedule of the World Championship
WUSV World Championship is held on October 5-9, 2011 in Kyiv/Boryspil/Ukraine at the “Kolos” stadium, 25 Pervoho Maya Str., Boryspil, UA-08300, Ukraine.
The Championship will be organized according to such schedule:
1.1. Arrival of the teams
The participants of the championship should arrive latest on Monday October 3, 2011. Having arrived the teams must report to the Secretariat and present ebooks (Performance Record Books) and receive:
1.2. Training at the stadium
1-st day: Tuesday, October 4, 2011 from 7:00 till 18:00
2-nd day: Wednesday, October 5, 2011 from 7:00 till 13:00

1.3.Judges’ Meeting
The specialized seminar will be conducted exceptionally for the judges of the World Championships WUSV-2011 and WUSV-2012 from 9:00 till 12:00 on October 4, 2011. The venue of the seminar will be announced later.
1.4.Judge’s briefing
To be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 13:00, press-center, stadium.
1.5.Demonstration of protection work
To be held on Wednesday, October, 5 2011 at 14:15, stadium.

1.6. Team Leaders meeting
To be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 15:30, venue: stadium, sports school.
1.7. Official Opening Ceremony and drawing
To be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2011 at 19:00 at the stadium next to the press-center. All the competitors must obligatory be present at the opening ceremony.
1.8. Beginning of the Championship. Phase А
October 6, 7 and 8, 2011 at the tracking field in 5 groups. From 6:00 am- laying of the tracks? From 7:00 – working on the track.
For all the 3 days of the Championship the free of charge bus is organized to the tracking field for the spectators.
1.9. Beginning of the Championship. Phases B and C
To be held on October 6, 7, 8 and 9, 2011 at 6:00 at the stadium.
1.10. Gala night
To be held on Saturday, October 8, 2011 at 20:00, Суббота,08.10.2011 в 20:00, horse-sports center – Hotel “Magnat” (Boryspilskiy region, 08321, Chubynske, Lypneva Str., 1, www.magnat.in.ua). The people concerned should make the reservations and payments in advance).
1.11. Awarding and closing ceremony of the Championship
To be held on Sunday, October 9, 2011 at 16:00 at the Stadium. First 15 winners of the Individual and teams competition are awarded.
1.12.Special WUSV meeting
To be held on Monday, October 10 2011 at 9:00, venue: hotel and the restaurant of the “Kazatskiy Stan” complex, Boryspilske drive, Kyiv,
